Partner Program Dashboard

The Dashboard under Partners puts your whole partner program on one screen: what needs you today, how the program is performing, how each partner manager’s book is doing, and where your partners are. Everything that needs action links straight to the place you act on it.

Overview

Dashboard is the first item in the Partners rail. It is split into four tabs, each answering one question:

TabThe question it answersWhat’s on it
TodayWhat needs you nowNeeds attention today, then four action queues: Co-Sell, Tasks, Journeys, and Money & Admin.
PerformanceHow the program is performingFive program KPIs, then Co-sell, Commissions, Partner network, and Enablement & reach.
TeamHow partner managers are doingResults and coverage for each partner manager.
FootprintWhere your partners areA world map of your partners, where deals come from, and partner health by country.

The filters above the tabs narrow all four at once, so you can read the whole dashboard for one marketplace, partner type, or tier, or for just the partners you manage.

Who sees it:

  • Organizations that run a partner program. If your organization joined Fours as a partner, Dashboard isn’t in your rail: it reports on a whole program, including every partner’s pipeline and commissions.
  • Anyone with Partner Management access — the partners.read permission, which the Admin and Editor roles carry. See Who can use Partner Management.

Some panels depend on what’s enabled for your organization. Commission figures need commission tracking, the certification figures need partner training, and links into Partner Co-Sells need partner co-sell. A panel whose feature isn’t enabled reads Not yet available instead of showing zero.

Open the Dashboard

  1. Go to Fours Console, then Partners.
  2. Click Dashboard at the top of the rail. It opens on Today.

Opening Partners still lands on All Partners; the Dashboard is one click away. Each of its tabs has its own web address, so a bookmark or a link you share reopens the same tab.

The subtitle under the Dashboard heading ends with Updated and a time: when the figures you’re looking at were computed. See How the Figures Are Counted.

Filter the Dashboard

The filter row above the tabs narrows every tab at once:

FilterChoices
MarketplaceAll marketplaces, or one of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Partner typeAll types, or one of Reseller, SI, Distributor, Referral Partner, and AWS Partner.
TierAll tiers, or one of your partner tiers. A partner without a tier of its own counts under your default tier.
All partners / My partnersMy partners keeps only the partners whose partner manager is you.

Each filter takes one value at a time. Changing a filter keeps you on the tab you’re reading.

Not every figure can be narrowed. An invitation belongs to no partner until it’s accepted, so every invitation figure — Invite Conversion, the expiring-invitations row, and the invitations in Money & Admin — covers your whole organization, and so do the counts of broadcasts sent, upcoming events, and shared files under Reach & Content. When any filter is set, a line under the filters says so: Not scoped by the active filters: Invite Conversion, Reach & Content.

Filters aren’t part of the page’s address: a reload, or a link you share, opens the dashboard unfiltered. To come back to a set of filters, save it as a view.

Save a View

A view is a named set of filters.

  1. Set the filters you want.
  2. Click Save as view, type a name, and click Save view.

The view selector beside Save as view switches between your views. Master view is always first and clears every filter. Once you change a filter by hand, the selector reads Custom view.

Views are kept in your browser, for the organization you’re signed in to. Teammates don’t see them, and neither does another browser or device you use. A saved view can’t be renamed or removed from the dashboard.

Today: What Needs You Now

Needs attention today has one row for each kind of open problem, with its count, its priority, and a Review button that opens the place you deal with it:

RowPriorityReview opens
N inbound co-sells awaiting your reviewHighPartner Co-Sells, to accept or decline them. This row appears only when partner co-sell is enabled for your organization.
N tasks overdueMediumTasks, filtered to overdue tasks. An Overdue only chip marks the filter; click its × to clear it.
N journeys stalled 7+ daysMediumJourneys. A journey is stalled when it’s active but hasn’t been updated for seven days.
N invitations expiring unansweredLowAll Partners, where each invited company’s row offers Resend invitation. Counts the invitations still unanswered with less than seven days left before they expire.

A row with nothing to count doesn’t appear, and when nothing needs attention the card reads Nothing needs attention right now. The Today tab’s label carries the number of rows: red when one of them is high priority, amber otherwise, and no badge when there’s nothing to show.

The Recent Activity card beside it reads Activity across your partners is not yet available.

The Action Queues

Under Action queues, four cards list the open items themselves. Each card shows up to five items with its full count beside the title, and every item links to the place you act on it:

QueueWhat it listsWhere an item leads
Co-SellDeals shared to you that are waiting for you to accept or decline (Awaiting your review), then deals you shared that a partner hasn’t accepted yet (Awaiting partner). The deal.
TasksOpen tasks due in the next seven days, overdue ones included, soonest first. A badge reads Overdue Nd, Due today, or Due in Nd.The task, opened on the Tasks page.
JourneysActive journeys, the longest-stalled first. A row shows the next step and its due date, or how many steps are done, with a Stalled Nd badge or the share complete. The partner’s Journeys section — or the Journeys page, for a partner who hasn’t accepted your invitation yet.
Money & AdminCommissions that need a decision — Pending approval, Update awaiting approval, Payment rejected, or Clawed back, with the rejected and clawed-back ones first — then every invitation still waiting for an answer, then agreements still awaiting a signature and executed agreements that expire within 60 days.A commission opens its deal on the Revenue share tab; an invitation opens All Partners; an agreement opens the partner’s Agreements section.

View all opens the full list — Partner Co-Sells, Tasks, or Journeys — and reads View all (N more) when the card holds more than it shows. No single page lists everything in Money & Admin, so that card loads more in place instead: Load more (N more) adds 20 items at a time.

Performance: How the Program Is Performing

The Performance tab opens with five program KPIs:

TileWhat it shows
Active PartnersPartners with status ACTIVE, with the number of suggested partners beneath.
Partner-Attributed PipelineThe value of every open partner co-sell, with the number of open deals and how many of them a partner sourced.
Won via PartnersThe value of closed-won partner co-sells, and how many there are.
Commission OwedPending commissions you owe partners, with what partners owe you (receivable) beneath.
Invite ConversionThe share of the invitations you’ve sent that were accepted, shown as N of M invitations accepted.

Four sections follow.

Co-sell — the referral funnel, win rate, and attribution mix:

  • Co-sell funnel shows how many co-sells sit at each stage, and their deal value: Pending, Active, In Discovery, Proposal Sent, Negotiating, On Hold, Won, and Lost. Every stage is listed, even an empty one.
  • Co-sell performance gives the Win rate (deals won out of those won or lost), the Median time-to-accept, and the Outbound / inbound split, then the Attribution mix — the role each partner played on your co-sells, Sourced, Influenced, or Transacted, so a deal with two partners counts twice — and Referrals created by month.

Commissions — the Commission lifecycle card counts commissions, with their amounts, at each step: Pending, Approved, Payment Sent, and Confirmed. Beneath them are the median Days to approve, Days to pay, and Days to confirm; Clawback exposure, the paid commissions still inside their clawback window; and a count for any commission that is Payment Rejected, Clawed Back, or Pending Update Approval. For what each step means, see The Commission Lifecycle After Close-Won.

Partner network — five tiles, then the partners who lead:

TileWhat it shows
Partner-Influenced PipelineOpen co-sells a partner influenced, and their value.
Partner-Sourced RevenueWon co-sells a partner sourced, and their value.
Avg. Win RateDeals won out of those won or lost, across your partners.
Journey HealthThe share of active journeys that aren’t stalled, shown as N of M on track.
Agreement CoverageThe share of your ACTIVE partners with an executed agreement.

Top Partners by Revenue lists up to five partners, ranked by the deals they’ve won and then by open deals, with each one’s Revenue, Win Rate, Open Deals, Open Pipeline, and Last Activity. View all partners opens All Partners.

Enablement & reach:

  • Certification workflow counts your partners’ enrollments in your courses by state — Not started, In progress, Completed, Failed — and the certificates they hold, Certified or Expired. It lists certificates expiring within 30 days, and View all opens Training. A partner without a linked Fours organization can’t be counted here; the card says how many there are.
  • Reach & Content has three columns: Broadcasts (Sent, Partner reach, Engagement (Slack), and No Slack channel — the share of active partners without a Slack channel, whom the next broadcast skips), Events (Upcoming and RSVP fill vs capacity), and Content library (Shared files, New this week, and Without content).

Team: How Partner Managers Are Doing

Performance by Partner Manager gives each manager’s book: Partners, Revenue, Open Deals, Open Pipeline, Avg Win Rate, and Open Actions — that manager’s overdue tasks plus stalled journeys.

Manager coverage shows whether each book is being worked: Partners, Last action, Overdue tasks, Stalled journeys out of the active ones, Slack coverage (the share of the manager’s partners with a Slack channel), and Time-to-accept (median).

  • Last action is the manager’s own most recent task created or completed, agreement drafted, or invitation sent for their partners. Co-sell edits and journey steps aren’t credited to a person.
  • A partner with no partner manager appears in no row, and a note under the table says how many there are. You set the partner manager on the partner record — see Work a Partner Record.

Footprint: Where Your Partners Are

The Footprint tab loads when you open it.

  • Country footprint maps your partners — N partners across M countries — as Partner locations or Revenue intensity. Click a country on the map, or its chip above it, to pick it out.
  • Three tiles show where deals start: Partner-sourced (submitted by partners), Routed to partners (shared out for co-sell), and Co-sell closed-won, split between deals with a partner and those with No partner copy.
  • Partner health by country gives each country’s Active partners, Open deals, Revenue, and Certification rate.

A partner’s country comes from the Location on its partner record, read as well as it can be. A location that can’t be placed is counted under unknown, which is listed last and isn’t counted as a country.

How the Figures Are Counted

  • Money stays in its own currency. Amounts are never added up across currencies. A tile shows one currency — US dollars when there are any — with +N other currencies beneath it; hover over an amount to see every currency in full.
  • No data isn’t zero. A rate with nothing to divide by — a win rate before any deal has closed, a conversion rate before any invitation has gone out — shows no data or —, never 0%.
  • Not yet available means the figure isn’t computed for your organization, because commission tracking or partner training isn’t enabled.
  • Figures can be up to 30 minutes old. Fours computes the dashboard and reuses the result for up to 30 minutes; Updated under the heading says when it was computed.
  • A temporary failure hides panels. If some panels couldn’t be computed, an amber notice says Some panels could not be computed just now and are hidden. Reload the page to try again.
