Mailchimp
Overview
Mailchimp is an email-marketing and audience-management platform for running campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and tracking engagement. Connect Mailchimp to Fours so the Fours AI agent can act on your marketing data — syncing audiences, managing contacts and tags, launching or scheduling campaigns, and pulling campaign performance reports — alongside your cloud-marketplace workflows.
Org-Level vs User-Level
User-Level Only: Mailchimp is configured per user. Each user authenticates with their own Mailchimp account via OAuth.
Create User Integration
Authenticate
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > User Integrations
- Click
Connect Nowin the Mailchimp section - You will be redirected to Mailchimp to authorize
- Grant Fours access to your Mailchimp account
- Return to Fours to confirm the connection
Fours AI Tools
When Mailchimp is connected, the Fours AI agent can work with your Mailchimp marketing data through Fours’ built-in tools (34 actions). Capabilities are grouped below.
User-level: Tools run against the connected user’s Mailchimp account.

Edit Integration
Editing is not supported. Delete and recreate.
Delete Integration
Deleting removes the stored Mailchimp credential from Fours and revokes Fours access to the connected account.
