# Get Offer PDF

`GET https://api.suger.cloud/org/{orgId}/offer/{offerId}/pdf`

Render the offer's current terms (parties, dates, pricing, payment terms, marketplace details) as a shareable PDF and return a download link. The EULA is not included. Available for every offer type and status, so a draft or pending offer can be reviewed by someone without a marketplace account. An unchanged offer's PDF is reused for up to 5 minutes.
