# Download Support Ticket Attachment

`GET https://api.suger.cloud/org/{orgId}/support/ticket/{ticketId}/attachment/{attachmentId}`

Authenticated download of a support-ticket attachment (GitHub-Issues backend). Verifies that the caller's org owns the ticket and that the ticket references this attachment, then redirects to a short-lived signed URL. Pass format=JSON to receive that URL in the response body, which is what a browser requires: it cannot follow this redirect, because the Authorization header makes the request preflighted and a preflighted request that is redirected to another origin fails.

## Parameters

| Name | In | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `orgId` | path | string | yes | Organization ID |
| `ticketId` | path | string | yes | Ticket ID |
| `attachmentId` | path | string | yes | Attachment ID |
| `format` | query | string | no | Set to JSON to receive the signed URL in the response body. Omit for the default redirect. |
